Non-judgmental emotional support: Our "Heart-to-Heart" service offers compassionate listeners who provide empathy and understanding whenever you need someone to talk to.
Reflective and supportive space: We offer a safe and unstructured environment for you to express your thoughts and feelings, whether it's about relationships, sexuality, spirituality, or any other topic on your mind.
Accredited and trained listeners: Our listeners are Accredited Relationships and Sex Educators with Mental Health First Aid training and counseling skills, ensuring a high level of support.
Not a replacement for therapy: While our service is not intended to replace therapy, it provides an additional avenue for emotional support and a friend to listen to you.
60 minutes per session
